I am pleased to welcome you to our leisure, boutique hotel & restaurant “Le Gasseau”


In May 2009, I felt in love with this building of granite right in the middle of a peaceful 35 hectares property. I decided to rent it from the local government; and created the boutique hotel and restaurant.

The rooms are minimalist, bright, spacious and comfortable, facing the nature and the 35 hectares site. Exceptional and protected “Le Gasseau” is a haven for visitors as well as for wildlife, birds, squirrels, deer and many others.


The Restaurant menu, regularly renewed, offers a selection of products from the land and the sea, carefully selected and cooked at the instant. I wanted a short and light menu, mainly respectful of French tradition, but also inspired by Chinese tradition where my roots are.
